As an HR Generalist at Barry Callebaut you will be a part of a professional and passionate HR team. You will contribute in building a stellar HR team together with your two HR colleagues. Barry Callebaut has two factories in Sweden; Kågeröd and Mjölby. You will be based in Kågeröd.

With over 190 years of chocolate drink experience and 3 factories in Europe, Barry Callebaut Beverages is the world’s leading manufacturer of specialty cocoa and high-quality milk-based solutions. Uncover the unique machine functionality of all our products. The beverage development center of Barry Callebaut is located outside Helsingborg, Sweden. There, powder drinks are developed and manufactured for a global market. The focus is on chocolate and coffee, but also tea and milk products are in the assortment. The products are marketed under brands such as Ögonblink, Van Houten, Caprimo, Bensdorp and Le Royal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Generalist you will be involved in and support the employees in Kågeröd with different day-to-day activities which also involves taking responsibility for receptionist tasks, recruitment admin, on- and offboarding, payroll administration, statistics and dashboard analysis and assisting in employee surveys. You will be the central point of contact of local HR communication to managers and employees:
Providing day-to-day support and guidance to local team in Kågeröd
Support the service connected to the monthly payroll cycle
Complete and maintain data in all HR systems
Coordination of leave and absence
Give ad-hoc HR administration support
Support organization with KPI:s and reports
Build and maintain excellent and effective employee- as well as union relations



REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Professional qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with broad experience in HR administrative roles and someone who thrives in a role where he/she can assist in admin related tasks
Excellent hands-on-doer who gets things executed and enjoys the variety of tasks
You have a strong service mindset and the ability to adapt and adjust on short notice
A good eye for details and a structured way of working
Good knowledge of MS office and used to work in different IT tools
High level of Swedish and English, written and spoken
