Sandvik Tooling HR function wants to provide the best HR support to all managers and employees in the organization, regardless location or belonging.The main objective of the position as a Global Process Owner within Sandvik Tooling is to develop and implement HR processes and develop HR Competence in the area of Competence Development and Performance Management. Main responsibilities .Constantly search for and develops the best tools, instruments and work procedures in the field of designated HR process..Ensures that the HR community within Sandvik always have world class tools available when delivering HR support to the Sandvik business..Implements new tools, instruments and work procedures in the business area through the HR organization..Ensures that the Sandvik standardized way of working in HR is maintained..Monitors and gather the needs of the business and the HR community..Co-operates with colleagues in other business areas in order to prioritize the development needs from a total Sandvik point of view..Conducts, if necessary, training to support implementation of new tools, instruments and procedures..Maintains good knowledge of HRM system in order to fully utilize capacity of system..Develops measurements and standards to track HR performance in the process area..Develops when necessary policies.Communicate policies to HR community within own business area.Qualifications/Experience To meet the expectations in this position you need to be widely regarded as possessing process and HR expertise.You have the ability to work in multiple physical and virtual teams and to influence HR at all levels and possess significant international and multi-cultural management and project experience.You are a skilled communicator both verbally and in writing, capable of developing consistent global messages and delivering these in a proper way.As a Global Process Owner you do not need specialist IT skills but it is important that you understand the opportunities and limitations of IT and can translate them into tangible improvements delivered via the HR function.Naturally you command English in speech and writing. Sandvik Tooling is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for metal cutting as well as of blanks and components.Annual sales are about SEK 19,000 M with 15,000 employees.Approximately 5% of the turnover is invested in R&D.Products are manufactured in cemented carbide, high-speed steel and other hard materials such as diamond and special ceramics.Well-established brands are Sandvik Coromant, Sandvik Hard Materials, Walter, Valenite, Safety, Titex, Dormer, Prototyp, Precision Twist Drill etc.
