As our HR Manager Nordics (Sweden and Denmark) you will partner with the business through innovative people strategies.
The role will operationalize and manage HR programs and initiatives in the assigned territory, collaborating with managers to ensure business and employees needs are met. You will develop Vertiv talents by enabling and maintaining processes such as recruitment, employee compensation, performance management, personnel policies and regulatory compliance. You will develop relationships across various other functions – finance, sales, service, tax, marketing, etc. – and work closely with your HR peers and HR centers of excellence in other regions to share expertise and ideas.
Your main responsibilities as an HR Manager Nordics will be:
Approach your daily work and advise your business groups with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customers, the company and your development.
Manage HR programs and processes including, but not limited to, hiring, onboarding, performance management, development and internal mobility, engagement and local communications, exit interviews, HR workflows and HR records, data quality.
Manage payroll process through the external vendor, providing data for the correct administration of monthly payroll; manage and administrate local benefits & pensions.
Plan and perform Works Council information, consultations and negotiations, including driving the yearly Collective bargaining agreement merit process.
Implement, monitor and support company HR procedures and compliance. Coordinate with the EHS function to support relevant duties within the Nordics.
Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives. Liaise with other functions and authorities.


In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
University degree with a focus on human resources.
Minimum 3 years professional work experience in all aspects of people management across the Nordics.
Knowledge of employment legislation in the Nordics.
Experience in a multi-region matrixed company is preferred.
Proven track record and experience with people initiatives, ideally in a transformational context.
Keen understanding of business fundamentals in a global environment.
Verbal & written in both Swedish and English. Knowledge of Danish an advantage.
