CALDERYS is a major global supplier of technical solutions with refractory materials.[ For more info: www.calderys.com Our Human Resources Leader reports to the Business Unit General Manager and is part of the Sweden Management Committee as well as functionally to the Calderys Group Human Resources Director.[He/she takes full charge of the HR function within Sweden and manages a small team of HR representatives.[ Additionally, this position will support a variety of HR development projects at the Calderys Group level, providing support in organization development, talent management and recruitment.[ **** Required Experience and Knowledge **** * 5 to 10 years of broad experience in HR, with manufacturing environment experience preferred. * Skilled recruiter, with significant experience in all recruitment processes: candidate sourcing, evaluation, interviewing and selection. * Business and people-oriented, able to adapt to an entrepreneurial environment. * Proactive, highly motivated and good team leader. * Strong experience of building tools, IT systems and MS Office skills. * Problem solver, rather than problem supplier. * Swedish & English fluency required. * Good leadership qualities, with ability to create very good relations with coworkers.To us, good leadership means the ability to inspire enthusiasm among coworkers.[ * Ability to communicate on several levels. * Excellence in developing long term relationships with internal customers and external suppliers. * Ability to cooperate with the rest of the management, in Sweden and in the rest of the world. * Capacity to build frameworks and structure human resources processes.**** Personal/Functional Qualities **** * Good leadership qualities, with ability to create very good relations with coworkers.To us, good leadership means the ability to inspire enthusiasm among coworkers.[ * Ability to communicate on several levels. * Excellence in developing long term relationships with internal customers and external suppliers. * Ability to cooperate with the rest of the management, in Sweden and in the rest of the world. * Capacity to build frameworks and structure human resources processes.Vi arbetar med ett löpande urval och behöver din ansökan snarast möjligt.
