The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented, innovative and passionate HR Manager to join us at our Global Headquarters in Malmö. This role will report to the SVP HR Beijer Group and will work closely with the Swedish organization as well as the global HR team with peers in US and Asia Pacific. The candidate will have a high potential for impact and success as HR is seen as a core function in the company.

Our success depends on our people and we invest in them every day. As the HR Manager you will own and drive the HR agenda in your area and act as a role model, as you live and breathe the company culture. Attracting, developing and retaining the right people will be a key measure of success.

Your tasks will include development, implementation and support on a wide range of HR issues within the business. Specifically support for managers on recruitment, learning and development, compensation & benefits, employment legal issues and general HR administration.

You will also be responsible for coordinating work environment processes through the work environment committee as well as collaboration and negotiations with the union.

The successful applicant
We are looking for a driven and proactive candidate with proven experience within HR. You have experience from working in an international environment, preferably within a technology focused industry.




You ’re a self-starter with high energy who independently drives your work forward. You have a great organizational approach together with excellent communication skills (in both Swedish and English) and you easily gain trust at all levels.

You have a positive attitude that aligns with our core values; Drive, Commitment and Trust and with this you will be able to demonstrate a strong solution focused approach to a wide variety of challenges.

It is a must that you are driven by the desire to continuously improve both from a personal as well as a professional perspective.
