HR Manager to MTV - Nordic Region

Human Resource & Office Services Manager - Nordic Region MTV - Music Television, is the world's largest network of youth entertainment television channels, and is broadcast in the Nordic region together with other channels including VH1 and Nickelodeon. MTV reaches over 6 million households in the Nordic and Baltic regions. MTV Nordic region has been through a major expansion and has from 2001 until the present day grown from 30 to 120 employees. In the high-paced media industry change and expansion will continue to be key themes of the coming years.The head office is located in Stockholm and the Human Resources and Office Services department is now looking for a first class leader. Responsibilities include: .Manage the HR administrative function in the Nordic Region .Manage HR processes including recruitment, induction and grievance. .Manage and develop salary review process, bonus and incentive schemes. .Develop leadership programmes for management team and line managers. .Manage HR and Office services budgets. .Develop reporting to management team and within international network. .Develop centre of best practise within MTV network .Lead, develop and manage staff comprising HR and Office services department Requirements: .University degree within Human Resources or other relevant field e.g. economics or management. .Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR-manager or other highly qualified HR-position. .Experience from a fast paced environment .Confidence in dealing with all levels of management .Structural ability with innovative personality to help achieve the company's business objectives .Good at prioritising .Efficient .Leadership and people management experience .International experience .Fluency in written and spoken English and one Nordic language You as a person can be described as proactive and as a person who takes responsibility for problems, finding solutions without being asked. You strive to over-deliver and beat expectations at all times and you are continually striving to improve yourself and your way of working. You are a natural leader with strong leadership capabilities and you feel comfortable with challenges and resolving conflicts.
