Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Simplifying IT. We are now looking for an HR & Office Manager to join our R&D team in Stockholm.

About the Role 

As our HR & Office Manager you will be responsible for HR operations as well as office Management. As our team is growing, your main focus will be full cycle tech recruitment where you will find, attract and welcome new co-workers to the team. You will be supporting the employees in Stockholm regarding administrative and HR related issues on daily basis. A part of this role includes office management, where you will have the overall responsibility of our office with a goal to ensure, that everything runs smoothly.


Qualifications 

- A university degree in HR, business administration, psychology or equivalent
- Work experience with broad HR, including IT recruitment
- Knowledge of Swedish Labour Law
- Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills 




It would be a big plus if you have previous experience in Employer Branding.
