HR Officer to a brand new research center

Job Description

Perido is looking for a HR Officer for our client, a new multi-disciplinary European research center. The organization is forwards thinking and characterized by a fast work pace and international personnel. In order to be successful in this position you thus need to enjoy the challenges and diversity such an environment offers.

In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever changing work day. Your main task will be to support and coach the organization and managers in various HR matters. You will also be part of the start-up of the company?s process for talent acquisition and assure that the hiring strategy is aligned with the business needs. We thus think that someone with experience in managing change projects, analyzing the needs of an organization and translate these into action plans, as well as have knowledge about how an HR-division works will both enjoy and flourish in this assignment.

To succeed in this role you need to be transparent and a clear communicator, and have a clear user centered approach when it comes to choosing methodologies and processes securing that the organization?s needs are considered in all decisions. Required qualifications

University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience from working in an international environment
Experience from talent acquisition
Good knowledge in the Office package
Excellent command of English, both written and oral


Meritorious

Experience from a similar facility
Working experience within Human Resources
Experience from scoping and implementing software solutions


Contract type and hours

Full time, start in the middle of May, lasting until December 2016 (with possible extension).
