HR PARTNER

We are currently searching for a HR Partner for a temporary, full-time assignment, estimated period January- July 2011 The main responsibility for the HR team is to implement the company?s HR Strategy and processes and to be an excellent business partner for the division?s line management.They work in a structured way with dedicated HR managers/partners for our main Regions and regional functions. Now, we are looking for an HR partner to strengthen our HR team in the Scandinavia Region.You will report to HR manager Scandinavia.Your main focus is to support our business in Sweden, but also to contribute to the division?s extensive HR initiatives.The position is located in Stockholm. As an HR Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to our line managers in various HR matters such as; -Recruiting -Negotiations -Rewarding -Developing the working environment. You will implement and execute the company?s HR processes and activities including Career Development Program, competence development and resource planning, as well as salary revision.You will also co-operate with our union (Unionen, Ledarna, SECO, Sveriges Ingenjörer) and handle some HR IT. Your qualifications You have an academic degree and at least five years of work experience in varied HR tasks.You are energetic, stimulated by developing business and Human Resources, a professional with high integrity, proactive, systematic and organized.You also have good coaching skills.You take initiative, and finalize things you have started.In addition, you have good knowledge of Swedish labour law and are an experienced negotiator.You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish, have good command of English as well the MS Office suite.
