The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent from various functions and global offices within Electrolux. This programme is for those interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural environment with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company after a successful completion of the internship.
HR PMO Regional Implementation Coordinator - Stockholm
Electrolux HR is on a digital transformation journey, driving globalisation and continuous improvement of our HR/People processes that leverage platforms such as Cornerstone, Glint, DocuSign, PowerBI and Phenom. All with the aim of making it easy while enhancing the user experience for candidates, on-board employees, employees and human resources managers across Electrolux globally.
We are now looking for four trainees to further strengthen our Group HR PMO team, who are leading the work of planning, developing and implementing the solutions globally. By reporting to an experienced project manager, this role is an excellent growth opportunity and opportunity to grow a network of project management and HR colleagues worldwide as well as to be part of the commitment and development journey through the 14 months of experience that the program provides.
As regional implementation coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation efforts of all People Initiatives for one region, either Europe, North America, Latin America or APAC-MEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa). You will be the face of people initiatives for "your" region, and strive to ensure a seamless plan that will enable the realization of the goals and benefits of the initiatives. You will work in a truly global, fast-paced environment in a diverse and highly motivated team. You will be based in Stockholm with occasional trips to "your" region (if possible given the situation with COVID-19).


A normal day at work
As a regional implementation coordinator and member of the Global HR PMO team, you will:
• Partner and work closely with the rest of the global HR PMO team; the global project managers, the global change leader and the other regional implementation coordinators
• Own and manage people initiative implementation activity plan and requirement collection for "your" region
• Partners with regional project team members, on-site HR teams and other stakeholders in the region to ensure alignment of expectations and understanding of upcoming activities
• Contribute to the management of senior regional stakeholders, ensure transparency and adaptation to resource requirements for regional implementation efforts
• Proactively contribute to HR PMO team knowledge building

What you will learn:
You will be able to reach a 360 degree picture of what project management and change management means:
• Project management methodology, project planning and progress monitoring, problem and risk management
• Change management methodology, planning, preparation and implementation of change management activities
• How to work with projects and change in a complex global corporate structure where you need to navigate and collaborate across features and cultures
• How to work agile, always with continuous improvements in mind
• How to have fun, while learning about HR and seeing the great impact that initiatives are having globally for people and organization


Education and experience:
The service requires:
• Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a strong passion for HR and project management
• Ability to handle high tempo and change, ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
• Digital mindset with end-user focus
• Great communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate discussions between different teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and advisory attitude
• Excellence in the MS-Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Master English fluently, both in speech and writing
It is preferable:
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Experience of working globally
• Great interest in and understanding of continuous improvement and agile working methods
