TAC are at the moment facing fantastic challenges and as a recruiter within TAC you will get the opportunity to grow a very successful company from Good to Great.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible- and the contact person for all recruitment activities for TAC in Sweden.You will work very closely with the hiring managers and play an active role in every phase of the recruiting process - from sketching out the profiles, screening applications, interviewing and testing to drawing up the required employment offer documentation.The positions can vary a lot, but the main focus will be within the Technical- and the IT-field.
The position also involves working out recruitment campaigns and setting up recruitment plans.You will plan and attend University Fairs and play an important part in growing and developing TAC s candidate-database.When required you will also help select recruiting agencies to partner with and will work closely with them in finding the right candidate.
You will be based in Malmö but since the recruitments are spread all over Sweden you must be adaptable to travels within Sweden.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter.You have the capability to juggle a wide range of tasks and have a strong desire to succeed.You like to work independently without supervision and have a talent for building good relationships.Your communicative skills in Swedish as well as in English are excellent.
The position requires a University degree in preferably HR or Organizational Development and/or additional work experience.You have some experience within general HR and at least 1-3 year's experience within recruiting.You need to have hands on knowledge of some sort of personality test and good computer knowledge(Microsoft office).If you also have experience from the technology- and IT-field, this is a plus.
