Arbetsbeskrivning
As a Recruiter you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes covering a vast range of competence areas on many different levels within the company. You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of Recruiters and Resourcing Administrators and will work in close cooperation with line managers and other HR specialists.
You will focus on:
- Independently drive and be responsible for talent acquisition processes from profile specification all the way to the finalization, including compensation management.
- Act as expert advisor to line managers in recruitment matters
- Proficiently use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as video interviewing, assessments and tests as part of the recruitment process
- Together with your colleagues within the HR community continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver the optimal solutions to our clients.
- This position will be located in Lund, Sweden but you will be working in a global setting.
Skills Requirements
- To be successful in this position you need to have a passion for talent acquisition. You have a great interest in people and can interact with a consulting approach on all levels within the organization with a high level of integrity.
- You thrive to operate in an international, high paced and result oriented environment, have a strong quality focus and a structured approach.
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- You probably work as an in-house corporate recruiter, recruitment consultant or as a HR-generalist.
- You have a University Degree within HR or equivalent. Previous experience from the companys recruitment processes, Competence Based Interview techniques and selection tools are considered merits.
- A professional command of both Swedish and English is a must.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
Equipment: Computer and phone will be provided by client
Remote work: you need to be on-site in Lund 3days/week
