Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with the recruitment team in the People and Environment (HR) unit to provide advice and support to the company’s managers in the recruitment process.
Specifically focus on recruitment within the company’s IT unit, working alongside a dedicated IT recruitment specialist.
Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process, from defining requirements profiles and planning to finalizing the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with the IT unit, which comprises approximately 800 individuals, including around 60 managers.
Dedicate a significant portion of time, up to 50-75% of full-time, to searching for potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Utilize Talogy’s personality and problem-solving tests as part of the recruitment process.

What you bring:
Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment process, from initial requirements definition to closing.
Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn for candidate searches.
Experience with personality and problem-solving tests, specifically those provided by Talogy.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the IT unit and the broader recruitment team.
Fluent in English and Swedish
