EvoBus in Vetlanda is seeking applicants with a couple of years’ experience in HR. This opening is an opportunity to gain more HR experience. We offer a stimulating job in an international environment.
You will be responsible for HR in the company and adding your own touch to the company’s HR. In the role of HR Specialist focus will be on supporting managers within the company throughout all HR relating topics. You will have overall responsibility in your capacity as an HR specialist and will function as an important specialist resource. You will be involved in business operations and lead and develop the company’s HR processes.
You will be supported in specific issues by an established network within EvoBus subsidiaries and the HR head office in Germany. You will report directly to the CEO.
Your main tasks will include
• Leading and developing HR processes
• Training and support in HR related issues
• Recruitment and staffing
• Overall responsibility for pay-roll
• Human resource management
• Competence development
• Statistics reporting
• Working environment
• Communication and negotiation with trade unions
You should have a relevant education background and a few years’ experience of HR development. We also hope you are the kind of person who wishes to embark on a journey toward an exciting career. The Group’s business language is English, and you should be able to speak and write English and Swedish fluently. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
Business trips to HR conferences in Europe and within Sweden are also a part of the job description.
You should be a team player and self-motivated at the same time. You are good at prioritising, you can act on your own initiative and work independently. You strive for developments and continual improvements of your area of responsibility. In order to get the most satisfaction out of the job, you should be flexible, responsive and have a talent for communication. You are good at inspiring others and contributing to increased commitment at all levels.
Temporary contract, minimum 18 months
