We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Freemium HR team based in Stockholm. You will be focused on supporting employees and managers within our Freemium Business Unit, as well as supporting the Sweden and other European countries from time to time.
You will work closely with the global HR team for Freemium to deliver excellent HR support to the business. You will also work in close collaboration with the global HR Specialist team to ensure the delivery of global projects and region-specific process improvements. The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees across the Business Unit and region, including delivery of employee onboarding, general HR support, facilitating manager training, working to resolve employee queries, and partnering with managers to resolve labor law issues. You will also be responsible for implementing, communicating, and providing training resulting from any project work.
What you’ll do:
Provide HR support for the Sweden, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees in the countries/regions you support.
Be the local specialist providing hands-on labor law advice and support for the region
Partner with HRBPs within the Freemium BU HR teamPartner with managers to understand and resolve local issues
Working with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges
Road managing global HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives
Supporting processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organisational change, and conduct issues
Delivering training to support manager development
Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
Completing regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities
You will work out of the Stockholm Office



Who you are:
Experience working in a HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Advisor or People Operations capacity
You have Global experience working with international counterparts for an organisation that has offices around the world
Possess broad knowledge and understanding of Sweden work legislation, and preferably HR experience from additional countries
Ability to work collaboratively, being inclusive of all partners
Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a distributed setting
Ability to productively challenge and influence other teams and managers
Ability to prioritise well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
Experience with road managing project managing resources to ensure successful completion of objectives
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Demonstrates a solution-focused approach to problem-solving, with the ability to find pragmatic outcomes
Able to demonstrate a commercial approach to handling HR issues
