You will work in a both strategic and operational level with full responsibility together with you co-workers. You will support the managers in all recruitment related areas. Job description:

As HR Specialist, you’ll have a variety of tasks and you’ll be the interface towards external suppliers, managers and employees. You’ll have the following main responsibilities and tasks:

- Responsible for whole recruitment process in Sweden - from searching candidates to contract signing.
- Participating in developing talent acquisition strategy and its implementation, explore and maintain recruitment channels, to improve talent sourcing, interview evaluation and talent selection methodologies and tools.
- Responsible for onboarding, probation management.
- Responsible for consultant management - from recruiting to payment. (time report, daily communication, PO related task etc.)
- Handles HR-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with local labor laws and regulations, work permit requirements and recommend best practices.
- Keep updating knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and labor law.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation & benefits; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, training and development.
- Help to design the organization’s internal atmosphere construction plan and organize the team building activities.

For this role you must:

- Have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within HR, preferably in a recruitment/generalist role.
- Fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English (mandatory)
- Master Swedish labor law, collective agreements and GDPR requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn
- Master GDPR requirements
- Experience from an international company is an advantage.
