We currently have the following job opening;
HR Specialist – Competence Development
HR Center of Expertise consists of HR specialist teams and is responsible for development, execution, and support of HR programs and policies. The Center of Expertise team also works with the colleagues at Geely in China to find global solutions and common practice within the shared HR fields.
As a part of the HR Center of Expertise the Competence Development team’s main objective is developing and implementing training and development systems, processes and strategies, as well as programs and activities aligned with the overall company strategy and business needs.
As HR Specialist within the Competence Development team you will be responsible for areas such as training need analysis, development of training plans and course design.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Collecting global competence gaps and training needs.
- Developing systems, processes and strategies within Competence Development.
- Improving existing training courses and material.
- Developing and implementing new training plans and programs.
- Vendor management and purchasing processes.
- Communicating training activities within the organisation.
- Keeping regular contact with participants, teachers and suppliers.
- When needed, coordination of Competence development with the colleagues in China.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects.
- Experience from HR work, preferably within competence development.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
