HR SPECIALIST JUNIOR with Swedish

Accenture is one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies.We're looking for talented people, with strong language skills, to join our team in Prague, Czech republic on the following position:

Responsibilities:
-Performs data entry in various Human Resources systems and tracking tools
-Monitors and reviews incoming requests for completeness
-Completes special projects as assigned
-Supports and sustains a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behaviour
-Is receptive to performance feedback and works on improving own skills
-HR Administration and Advisory

Requirements:
-Minimum High School degree
-Fluent knowledge of Swedish
-Communicative knowledge of English
-PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook), SAP is an advantage
-Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
-Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks
-Team player
