HR SPECIALIST LABOUR LAW

For our customer we are looking for a HR specialist labour law

Job description:
As HR Specialist Labour Law you will have line managers, employees and union representatives as your main stakeholders and clients. Together with HR Business Partners and HR Service Managers you will be responsible for a successful delivery of operational HR service to the business.

You will work in a highly professional and service minded team being the expert advisor and providing guidance. In your team you will collaborate with other HR Specialists within Compensation & Benefits, Pension & Insurance, Mobility and Rehabilitation.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Main responsibilities
- Ensure that Swedish labour law and collective agreements are followed throughout the business
- Deliver training in labour law to managers and negotiate agreements with unions both on a local and central basis
- Advise in compensation guidelines, work with job sizing and salary reviews
- Support in relational HR-questions, performance improvements, disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions
- Assist in Rehabilitation and Mobility related issues
- Being Local process driver of various HR sub processes
- Maintain and improve Swedish Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, align them to Global Policies and keep the intranet updated

Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have a university degree in HR and 5-10 years experience in working within Human Resource Management specializing in Swedish labour law and union negotiations from an international company. We also require deep knowledge of Compensation & Benefits in combination with Rehabilitation and/or Mobility.

We believe you have proven skills in argumentation and negotiations together with a strong customer service and business focus. Collaboration will be a key trade and you have the ability to motivate and drive yourself towards set targets.

On a personal level you are empathic, structured and analytical and possess a problem solving mindset with the best solution for all parts in mind. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Your skills in MS Excel and Power Point are excellent. Previous experience in SAP is an advantage.
