HR Specialist Northen Europe with ALK-Abelló A/S


Position summary: 

The HR Specialist Northern Europe is a business partner who drives changes for the improvement 
of the organization and aligns the HR goals and organization goals.

This role is responsible for the overall coordination, administration and evaluation of the Human Resources function in Northern Europe with the main focus within the Nordic countries.


Area of responsibility:

- Advising the managers on the impact of organizational changes and decisions to the human capital
- Supporting the organizational processes for performance management and development
- Managing hiring, promotion and termination of employees
- Representing ALK internally as first point of contact for HR related topics
- Representing ALK externally for unions, other third parties and network groups
- Participating in global/regional HR projects
- Driving various operational HR tasks such as contracts, job descriptions, standard operation procedures, training records, etc.
- Assuring compliance for all HR activities
- Managing administrative and payroll activities through various HR systems
- Ensuring a good quality of life at work

• Minimum 5 years experience in General HR-role
• Experience in an international matrix organization

• Speaking Swedish and English fluently
• Proactive/hands on/operational 
• Integrity, discretion and trustworthy
• Accurate working style
• Planning and coordinating task
• Having empathy for employees and the organization 
• Good/open communication
• Having basic knowledge of labor law of the different countries in the Nordics
