Are you passionate about recruitment and want to help us to improve the care of cancer patients by introducing innovative software to clinics around the world? We are looking for an HR Specialist within recruitment & talent sourcing that has broad knowledge within tech recruitment and search to join our dedicated HR team based in Stockholm.

The team’s ambition is to develop a modern and professional HR function who can offer high quality support to managers and employees in the organization. We work closely together, support each other in our daily work and most of all - we have fun.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with another HR Specialist Recruitment, focusing on attracting and recruiting within the tech area. Your main focus will be on searching for the right talents and supporting our managers during the recruitment process from start to end.

You will work operationally with our recruitment and work proactively to create long-term candidate relationships. You will have close collaboration with the rest of the HR team (6 team members - you will be the 7th), group managers, external recruitment partners and colleagues from other departments who are involved in the recruitment processes. You will to a large extent work with supporting the R&D department in Stockholm, but could also be involved in recruitment for other departments and geographical locations.

You will primarily work with:

• Proactively identify, contact and build relationships with candidates who have the skills that the organization needs, both now and long term.
• Be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening, competency-based interviews, references, coordination and feedback - and work proactively to ensure timelines are met.
• Be part of improvement work to make sure our recruitment process works effectively.
• Participate in employer branding activities.

As we are in a growth phase, your role, like other roles in HR, will most likely evolve over time. This means both that you need to be flexible to the needs of the organization, but also that you can influence your long-term development with us.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a background from tech recruiting and search, who will contribute to the positive atmosphere in our team. We believe that you have a genuine interest in people, are passionate about recruitment and are a true team player. You enjoy a role where you are involved in several projects simultaneously and have a wide range of interactions, both internally and externally. You are independent, result-oriented and have great communication skills, which means that you can cooperate with all types of stakeholders. You are motivated by working in a dynamic environment where you continuously contribute to developing processes and tools.

Experience & skills:

• University degree within Human Resource Management or other relevant area
• 2+ years’ experience within recruitment and search within tech
• Experience of working with competency-based recruitment
• Used to working with LinkedIn Recruiter or other search tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with others
• Fluent in English and Swedish

In order to continue with our important mission – to improve cancer care across the world - it’s important to us that our employees have a positive working environment. Our headquarters are at Torsplan, Hagastaden, in Stockholm’s Life Science Hub. In our newly constructed office both workplaces and social spaces are tastefully decorated. Every day our bistro serves something to eat in the morning and in the afternoon. Our own kitchen staff also prepares an amazing lunch spread with new themes every day.
We have our own gym where you can work out before work, on your way home or at lunch with your colleagues. We have yoga and work out sessions on a regular basis.
On our top floor we have a roof top terrace with 360 degrees view of the city and an entire floor dedicated to social activities. Here we have a ping pong table, fussball, a grand piano, chess tournaments, game board nights and a weekly after work.
