We need you to think, analyse and challenge us - not just do!

Your everyday tasks (will never look the same day to day, but contain a mix of the below)
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs/requirements. Collect requirements and communicate information properly to our stakeholders (mainly HR)
Participate as a team member to achieve successful support and enhancements of Workday HR functionality (with internal teams and with Workday consultants)

To succeed in the role we believe you are a rare breed because...
You are passionate about how system support, digitilisation and AI can make the HR function take quantum leaps forward by having access to data and tools to support managers' decision making.
You are savvy in application usage - ideally you have 2+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Onboarding and Learning - but you can also have a similar role for another major system (Success Factors, Dynamics etc).
You will need to have experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios.
At the same time, you are very much a person who is in the business. You know the HR business processes, you understand borht the tasks they contain, the value they bring and you are equally interested in figuring out how to make the whole process better - not just the system part of it. This is why we seek you who also have strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc.
It is strongly meriting if you are familiar with using the Workday commuity or similar. If you come with experience from modules for Benefits, Advanced compensation, Time Tracking etc it is a strong plus.
As a person, we need you to be highly analytical, structured and with an eye for finding the devil in the details. You need also to be able to manage a certain amount of chaos as we are growing so rapidly - so you need to like to create your own structure, not just operate in one. You lack prestige, like to try new things and share both your successes and failures. You are ambitious and loves to (out)perform and to win - but as part of a team. You have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
