We are looking for a Process Lead to join our HRIS team responsible for driving the digital transformation of people processes and services globally by providing innovative solutions and technological capabilities to optimize, to evolve, and to enrich the employee experience at Husqvarna Group.
Your Future Challenge
As an HRIS Process Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in a Global Organization, building a network within a diverse stakeholder environment and to grow and develop within an international environment.
Workday is at the heart of our HR tech landscape and this hands-on role combines Workday functional configuration knowledge with HR business knowledge and IT processes. You will work in partnership with business process owners, functional SMEs, super-users, and end-users in the deployment of Workday solutions.
You’ll be involved in many Group HR solution and work closely together with Group and local HR, and our IT department, Global Information Services (GIS), to ensure development and successful roll-out of value-adding, integrated solutions to support people management and processes at Husqvarna Group.
You’ll play a key role in improving the delivery of HR services, implementing HR technologies and enabling the transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital and supporting the business.
Your main tasks will include technical ownership for some of the processes we support such as Compensation and Benefits and HCM. You’ll also be responsible and lead smaller initiatives/projects, both local and global, within your process area(s) and handle support cases when necessary.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Close liaison with the Process Owner(s) to capture and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate & lead operational activities
Communication of Workday capabilities to relevant stakeholders connected to processes within your purview
Develop technical job aids, training content and communications for users (related to your processes)
Provide training material connected to new capabilities & functionality in Workday
Maintain business process configuration and identify opportunities to alter business processes and configuration to enhance or simplify current processes
Spearhead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
Perform fit and gap analysis on Workday processes and new upcoming features / functionalities that impact your processes

Your Team
You will be part of a dynamic, international team of curious minded people who thrive when working together to share knowledge, solve problems and leverage digital solutions to continuously improve the employee experience at Husqvarna Group. As an HRIS team member, you will have five colleagues, each with their own set of responsibilities and primary focus areas.
About You
To thrive in this role we believe you bring with you several years of experience working with IT systems supporting HR and people management. You should have a good grasp of HR processes and how they support organizations to reach business goals. You should have experience working with end user needs and experiences and be able to translate both into requirements for technical solutions. It’ll be key that you are self-driven, enjoy taking initiative and comfortable managing stakeholder relations at all levels.
You should have a strong ability to document, manage and communicate information about IT solutions. A large portion of your work will involve problem-solving and so you should enjoy working with a range of challenges at the same time. The challenges you work with are complex and require that you have the ability to take a holistic perspective and provide clear analysis along with pragmatic and creative solutions.
To succeed in this role, we assume you have a university degree in HR, IT or another relevant discipline. Experience of working in a similar area in a global company is a merit. You should also have a good understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations. Prior project management/coordination experience is a big plus.

Location
Preferred locations for this position is in Sweden at one of our office sites (Huskvarna, Jonsered/Gothenburg or Stockholm). Husqvarna Group has a Hybrid work model.
