COMPANY PRESENTATION Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia is the largest division within the Thule Group, the worlds leading supplier of load carriers for cars.The Division delivers roof boxes, roof rails and bike carriers under the premium brand Thule.The Division, based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, has six production facilities in Europe and Asia.The Thule Group has around 2,300 employees at some 20 production and sales units in all the worlds major car markets.The Group also offers snow chains and trailers under the brands König, Brenderup and Thule Rental.The turnover amounts to SEK 3,2 billion.Thule has its headquarter in Malmö, Sweden.Majority owner is the UK-based private equity company Candover.PRESENTATION OF THE JOB Role description The position will support, with Human Resource insight and expertise, the change programs and the performance of the site in line with the business objectives.In the area of expertise the position will coordinate and set standards for the HR issues throughout the site as well as implementing the Group HR guidelines. Key deliverables Ensure enhanced performance in terms of competence, resources, cost and organizational efficiency.Professionally manage labour relations and labour law implementations and practices.Monitor the Performance Management Process in relation to the desired results of each jobholder through the leaders of the Thule Hillerstorp site.Drive, manage and monitor HR guidelines, tools and measurements to support business initiatives and a lean administration.Ensure good HR routines and procedures in the area of HR administration and payroll.Proactively reinforce the need for change management within the organization to support the business performance. Key Challenges Support the change process effectively in driving the lean manufacturing thinking throughout the organization.Coach and challenge managers in their role of manage people.Support and encourage open and effective communication.Coach and assess employees in different situations.Be able to work in a fast moving business environment with an action and result driven approach.Leverage on cross-functional competence and resources. Profile The jobholder should have an academic degree in Human Resource and a broad experience of HR related issues preferable from a manufacturing environment with international presence. Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills blended with a firm and straight forward personality to be able to balance the management request and employees demands. Good structure and capability to foresee and oversee the organisational demands and priorities to be able to proactively plan the HR activities for a changing environment as well as reinsure the integration of and stability of the different parts of the organisation and its employee.
