Our client is one of the world's largest software companies. They are engaged in a major growth phase in the Nordic region.
To cover maternity leave the need to recruit a Human Resource Manager for the Nordic region.
Reporting to the international VP of HR this role could be based in either Bracknell, UK or Stockholm, Sweden
Responsibilities include:
. Implement and communicate HR policies
. Provide guidance and facilitation on HR strategy including; recruitment and induction, salary planning, performance management, promotions, training requirements and all human resource related activities
. Manage any restructuring activities where necessary and ensure that the employment law in each country is understood and followed
. Ensure the company's recruitment procedures are followed; assist the managers in the recruitment process with the aim of securing the best talent for the business at the lowest cost
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: ~
. Minimum 3+ years HR experience in a similar environment
. Good language skills including excellent Swedish & English
Qualifications/Education: ~
. Degree level education ideally with a HR qualification
