Human Resources Generalist

Position summary: Partners with line managers to provide support for Human Resources programs and activities for employees predominately in Sweden. Qualification requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management or equivalent. - At least two years professional HR work experience in an international environment. Position tasks and responsibility: - Recruiting and hiring. - Union relations and negotiations. - Serves as a contact to employees; answers questions regarding policies and procedures etc. - Interprets and applies company personnel policies, facilitates HR initiatives, conducts HR support functions such as On Boarding, exit interview etc. - Compensation & Benefits; salary survey participation, compensation management and benefits inquiries. - Personnel statistics. - Independently handles various projects/processes. Initiates and updates new and improved projects/processes, e.g. Personnel Handbook. - Assisting Human Resources Manager in various tasks. Additional attributes: - High degree of integrity and ability to keep confidential information. - Ability to work in a fast paced team environment. - High level of MS Office skills. - Experience from Teknikavtalen with Unionen, IF Metall and SI is a plus. - Must have excellent communication skills.
