To our R & D team we are now looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced HVAC engineer. Job description: As a HVAC engineer your main task is to specify and design complete systems and components for climate systems. Quality assurance activities are considered very important and specifying and perform climate performance and climate comfort tests are frequent tasks. You will work over the whole Volvo CE range of machines and particiapte in all the development stages, from setting up requirements, designing, giving recommendations and performing fields tests on finished systems. As most of the development projects are carried out in cross functional teams, and a frequent dialog with different specialist and suppliers is expected, good comminications skills and ability to work in teams is a must. You should also posses an ability to understand and accept cultural diffrences as well as seeing the benefits with working in an organization where diversity is seen as an asset. The job will be located in Hallsberg but will require close cooperation with all the Volvo CE divisions worldwide, therefore you are requried to have a good command of English. Desired qualifications, experience and qualities: Masters degree in engineering or equivalent experiences Thermodynamic skills and experience from HVAC systems or components is considered a great advantage A methodical and structured way of working is a must in order to succed at this position Demonstrated ability in project management skills 3D Modeling experience, especially Catia V5, is an advantage Ability to easily communicate in Swedish and English both spoken and written Ability to work independent as well as in groups Please attach academic transcript and CV in English to your application.
