Hw designer mobile phone platform Lund

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden. Now we are looking for a Hw design specialist - mobile phone platform - to be stationed in Lund. Assignment description: -To work with analysis and system studies regarding the system architecture of the technical platform for mobile telephones. - evaluate requirements - choice of components - evaluation of performance - block schematics, configurations, floor plan (component layout) - To participate in, lead or co-ordinate technical investigations in working groups or small projects - To co-ordinate platform activities for different product projects - To investigate the consequences of problems and suggested solutions - To analyze the requirements on the platform from a technical point of view - To track and follow up progress on technical issues from our vendors Required competence - The competence area is Hardware System design, but we work with the overall system architecture, including the software system as well. - An experience from system engineering and product development with hardware electronics design is necessary, and some experience in a leading position such as object leader or project leader is good to have.
