HW engineer with focus on Catia V5 and Teamcenter

What we offer
Our three teams that works with Switches & WPC have a very open and positive culture, we focus on working together and knowledge sharing. With many stakeholders, both internal and external, collaboration and communication are very important for us. 
We work with existing and new parts in current and upcoming car projects, from requirements to finished product, with end-to-end responsibility. We develop customer functionality, handle project management, analysis, verification, hardware and software. With the agile way of working the teams have a close cooperation with the leadership trio. 

What you will do
You will be working in a cross functional team with agile processes and tools. Lead collaboration with other teams and with suppliers. The team is responsible of the implementation and quality assurance of Hardware for Switches & WPC. Your task includes planning and organizing project incl. deliverables for releases, talking with suppliers about 3D and 2D models, analyzing and solving problems, design requirements and system solution.

You are used to taking initiative and like to share your passion and knowledge with others. You have an analytical way of approaching problems, enjoy being challenged, and has a flexible mindset. Further, you will need to be professional with high integrity and great communication skills to succeed in this role. With a strong sense of urgency and flexibility with prioritization rather than being rigid with it, being triggered by problem-solving and hands-on engineering projects. 

It’s important that you are a structured and used to summarize, present and demo, a self-motivated team player who will demonstrate contribution and collaboration. 
Strong interests in technics and product creation, and experience from working in the automotive industry is a clear advantage to succeed in this role.  

Required qualifications
•    Either B.Sc. Mech. Engineering or equivalent based on work experience. 
•    Experience from product development within hardware and mechatronic parts. 
•    Fluent in English, oral and written
•    Proficient knowledge of Catia V5 and Teamcenter

Preferred qualifications 
•    Knowledge in mechatronic parts
•    Knowledge of or interests in cars
•    Experiences in agile way of working. 
•    Driving license
