Description

The client is looking for a >7 years’ experience (Expert) Project Manager to assist in the Business Operations Transformation (programme).

The Hypercare Lead drives a smooth transition into the support model bridging from the Deployment/Cutover phase of the BOT Rollout to the ongoing Support that will be provided in the Run phase or Business as Usual. The Hypercare lead manages the team that is assigned to that task, including floor walkers and major incident managers, extended hours to existing support resources, and administration and coordination functions (eg Go Live Operations meetings). Hypercare also introduces and empowers the new Service Manager into the country and organization that will coordinate the ongoing BOT Support relationship. Some of the key objectives of Hypercare are: Promote the Live Country to Trading Speed and stabilization, Empower Service Manager, Transition Service Partners, Minimize business disruption through a structured and transparent incident management process and stabilization dashboards and metrics as the business ramps up in the new platform and processes. Making recommendations to reduce and manage risk. Resource modelling for Post Go Live activities and driving all post go live global and local management reporting /KPI's and exit criteria.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Strong project management experience (min. 10 years)
- Minimum experience on a similar role is at least 2 projects taken successfully from Hypercare to Business as Usual.
- Experience in complex programme environments.
- Experience in building, planning and driving support model.
- Experience in leading Business Go Live for organization-wide global implementation and go live operations while ensuring seamless delivery and minimal business disruption.
- SAP


Preferred competence and experience:

- S/4 HANA and Ariba
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international and distributed team
- Crisis management, control room management and structured reporting and dashboards
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
- Strong stakeholder management across all level
