IBM Mainframe. Project leader/Project Manager

Inswedco AB is a start up company and we are now looking for an experienced project leader in IBM Mainframe for one of our customers.
The job role is:
System Analyst & Technical Solution Consultant
Onsite-Offshore engagement between Sweden and India.
10+ years of experience in total. Atleast two years of experience in an automotive global company in Sweden and understanding of the work culture in Sweden..
2 trips per year to India and co-ordinate the activities with our partner company in Bangalore, Chennai and Trivandrum India.
Any one of the local languages spoken in the above named states are preferable.
The candidate must have a bachelor´s degree in Computer Science.

The technologies that must be mastered are the following.
Experience is using mainframe tools like Fileaid, File Manager, Spufi, QMF, Xpeditor, Abend-Aid, DB2 File Aid, Endevor, OPC, COBTEST, PANVALET, Compare IT, Snag IT, DTool, Workbench, Clear case, Clear Quest, PRODMF
