You will join an international sales and marketing department. We develop international campaigns and marketing materials that are used at our subsidiaries around the world. This demands knowledge of international business, an understanding and respect of different cultures, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. You have clear goals and tough deadlines, depend on many global colleagues and have therefore experience that shows how you handle those challenges. Key Accountabilities As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a customer group, a marketing segment or a campaign (for example e-marketing, direct email, telemarketing, an event) that is rolled out worldwide. It is important to get your internal customers (international colleagues) on track, and work closely together with them to make local adjustments to campaign messages, scripts, education and above all follow-up. You will also handle the administration of IBS' business partner relationships with companies such as IBM. You will also act as Personal Assistant to our VP of Global Sales and Marketing, and have a service function to the rest of the team. You will help coordinate sales activities, internal conferences and customer visits. You will update information on the IBS intranet and various external websites, so web skills are an asset. Requirements To succeed in your role we think you need the following qualities/experiences: . Business-oriented / sales-focused positive person with professionalism, will, drive and "guts" to work at headquarter level in an international environment. . Understanding for the customers' needs (both internally and externally) . Result-oriented self-starter that can handle multiple projects at once while sticking to deadlines and budgets. . Keen, "service-minded" key player, with good capacity to take greater responsibility in the future. . Education and experience within marketing/sales/business development of customer base or new customer market within B2B. . International experience and knowledge of ERP/CRM/SCM markets. . Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish, any additional languages are an asset.
