Do you want to be part of shaping the best possible 5GC deployment for our customers? Do you have a passion for delivery, pre-sales and automation & industrialization? Do you have a proven track record as a Program Manager?

We are looking for a Program Director with strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD and automation, with strong customer delivery experience, especially in the packet core area.

You will work with a highly skilled team in the packet core service delivery, focusing mainly on the 5GC domain. We are working with the major telco operators and are involved in some of the most critical digital services programs in the company.

What you will do
Be the Program Director for 5GC deliveries and the CFR for 5GC RFQ, working closely with the market areas and with our customers.
You will play a valuable role in driving the 5GC automation journey in our service delivery.
Be part of several important proof of concept (POC) and deliveries with our customers.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the automation (CI/CD) is designed with operability in mind and drive further improvements such as cost savings, service optimization and delivery excellence.
Track our deployment, integration, delivery, and documentation of our 5GC offerings
Drive best practice development.


You will bring
Solid interest in automation and strong experience in service delivery as a Program Management in a customer-facing role.
At least 10 years track record in Project and Program Management, experience with different SW Development environments and agile methodologies.
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
You are service-minded and quality-aware, and you like to document your work in a professional way and present it to key internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you need to know the Ericsson process for both pre-sales and delivery, well familiar with the tools being used such as Premium Proposal, JIRA, Erimatch and Navigator365. Strong competence in the following automation tools, CIQ-H, CDD, PSP, AAT.
Any project management or agile certification will be highly appreciated.
Motivation and willingness to learn something new every day is the attitude we are looking for in potential candidates. Passioned about DevOps and Automation.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong academic (Masters) and professional qualifications (PMP or equivalent)
