Company description IKEA of Sweden, or IoS, is responsible for developing the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world.Expressed in terms of IKEAs three main processes, IoS leads the processes Creating the Home Furnishings Offer and Supplying.IoS also takes part in the third main process, called Communicating & Selling, which is lead by Retail. Job description * Responsible for one or more specific areas within the product development process o Product documentation o Construction and Technical drawings o Product compliance o (Packaging development ) * Be updated within applicable IKEA Standards, specifications, working methods and IT tools * Establish and maintain networks within the assigned area Job requirements * Technical working experience and/or technical education * Within the assigned area proven experience of; product documentation work, technical drawings (CAD, measured images), product compliance including testing, (packaging solutions) * Adequate knowledge of production conditions * Good knowledge of English, verbal and written Good understanding of range, processes and customer needs is an advantage.
