IKEA TRAINEE – Software Engineering & D&A

Right now, we are looking for driven and talented people who will join us for a 6-month trainee program with the purpose of becoming our future stars in engineering in IKEA. You’ll have a dedicated mentor that will guide you through the assignment and the organisation, and one of our main goals is that you’ll learn a lot, but also that you will come with valuable insights that we can use to make IKEA better!


We have different exciting trainee assignments within Software Engineering:

- Integration and Api Management

- Software Development (ci/cd pipelines, tooling's, testing, etc.)

- Technology Development (cloud, IaaS, Paas, etc.)

The assignments are located in Sweden, Malmö.


We have a great opportunity in Data & Analytics too! Here you will provide support in developing D&A capabilities in the following areas:

- Microsoft Azure based Data & Analytics Platform

- Data Engineering for key data pipelines to ingest data

- Data Science for new and innovative business opportunities

- Project and portfolio planning

- D&A Community support

The assignment is located in Malmö, Sweden or in Delft, Netherlands.
