Image Advisor & Trainer

We are now looking for a service oriented problem solver to join our Image Control team. Your main task will be timely and professional handling of post-production requests received from our clients. This will mean working closely with both our clients as well as with our external Production Departments to ensure on point quality and client satisfaction.

Your role in Looklet:

- Quality controlling production imagery
- Professional and timely handling of image quality related send-in`s/complaints from our clients via our internal software
- Performing image retouch according to company standards
- Assembling of feedback & training material to our Production Departments
- Running and analysing performance metrics


As part of your development in the role you also have a possibility to assist in Production Department trainings as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

Your Profile

You are a positive and solution-oriented team player with an excellent eye for details. You are also self-starter, driven and very service-oriented. In your daily work you are structured, thorough and able to contribute with creative ideas.

You also have

- Min 1-2 year experience in service desk or similar customer service oriented position
- Experience with working non-destructively with basics in Photoshop
- Service and solution orientation
- Great internal and external communication skills in both written and oral format
- Professional fluency in English
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic user skills of Google Sheets or Excel (and/or interest to develop your skills in the area)
