The position
We are currently searching for an In-house Legal Counsel. We believe that you are in the beginning of your career with a strong will to learn and support our organization. You will have a great span of tasks and work closely together with experienced colleagues. You will be part of our Legal department working with legal support for our different departments and our sales companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities:

• IPR related matters
• Agreement reviews and drafting legal templates
• Support in litigation work
• Corporate governance related matters
• Advise on data privacy issues
• Updates related to new laws and rules
• Deliver internal legal training

Qualifications:

• Law degree, preferably an LLM
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• IPR background is an advantage

You have good business understanding and good communication skills. You have great analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and an interest in getting things right.

The post of employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona and business travel is included in the role.
