Your mission
As a planner you are responsible for Purchasing and Planning of spare parts from suppliers around the world, including contact with customer centers worldwide.
The main tasks are the acquisition of rock drilling tools and spare parts through continuous orders and contacts with suppliers.
You work daily in the business system M3 as well as the forecast and planning tool GIM and our internal communication tool ACIGN.
In the role you will work with different tools in an IT environment as:
• Business system M3
• Forecast and planning tool GIM
• Internal communication tool ACIGN
• Excel and Power BI reports
Please notice that this is for two positions for 4-8 months.
Your profile
We see that you are well organized, solution focused, analytic and able to prioritize effectively in your daily work. You are also an experienced coordinator and thrive with problem solving and like working with continuous improvements.
For the role you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
