Incident and Problem Lead to PostNord IT
Do you love improvements, multisource environment orchestrating and supporting people in their work?
Excellent! In the position as Incident and Problem Lead at Post Nord IT, you will have the possibility to develop.




Responsibilities
Be a part of our team
Our Team is the backbone of Incident & Problem handling together with Change & Release with continuously focus on IT Service Management. 

You will be part of the transformation towards a lean-agile way of working and are expected to facilitate and inspire the incident managers by supporting them in the journey finding the best ways for them and the organization to work with Incident & Problem Management.

You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement. You report to the head of Support Office and have close cooperation with the other leads in the organization.



Qualifications
You have what it takes
You have broad experience from working in international IT organizations. We expect that you to have experience from writing, implementing and improving Service Management processes and practices and orchestrating within a multivendor environment.

Nordic Support is a support function, so we value that you are service-minded and have strong diplomatic skills. You have experience in building and maintaining strong successful business relationships.

You have an academic background within the IT-area or equivalent knowledge/experience in IT. You are confident in ITIL and Service Management and have relevant courses and certifications. You must have high verbal and written English skills since it is our business language.

Personal qualities
You are driven, collaborative, communicative and confident with strong self-esteem and a good ability to build relationships. Your way of working is structured and delivery oriented. 

Your personal suitability will be highly valued in the selection process. IT are currently undergoing an agile transformation and what was given yesterday may not be tomorrow. To be successful you need to enjoy that.
