About the position

As an Incident & Problem Manager you are responsible within specific Services. Since the role is combined, both Incident and Problem Management, your tasks will require proactive actions as well as cross functional. The focus should always be towards End user Satisfaction and End User Productivity.

The Incident & Problem Manager is furthermore in charge of strategically developing and establishing plans for Problem Management, since Problem Management should work as a living process at all times. In this position you will also analyze incident trends and make incident root cause analysis to be able to take further actions to eliminate root causes through Problem Management.

Job Qualifications and Competences

For the position as an Incident & Problem Manager we believe that you have a couple of years of experience of Problem Management tools and the framework; ITIL. To make sure that you are comfortable in this position and it´s challenges, we are looking for someone who have been working as Problem and/or Incident manager before in a Global organization.

You are a person who is able to build good relations; you have therefor no problem getting people to cooperate towards the same goal. You are a natural leader who is driven by the ability of thinking Global. You are also able to adapt well towards changes and new demands. We also believe that you have great analytical and communication skills, with excellent skills in oral and written English.
