Acne Studios is now looking for an Incident & request coordinator. This is a position where you will play an important role within IT Operations and help with the coordination of all different requests from users around the world within Acne Studios. It therefore requires a true passion for service and support, and a positive mindset! Job duties:

There are many coworkers internally in the need of support and since the IT department is big they have divided requests into different areas. Your primary responsibility will include incident and problem management that will come from monitoring the business systems, devices and networks or directly from customer/users´ inquiries. You will also work with:

• Coordination of incidents in their systems - making sure all new requests is being placed in the right area
• Follow-up incidents and tickets - keep close communication with users and the IT department
• Documentation after feedback - give updates to the team and follow up statistics and add new content to the knowledge base

We are looking for:

We are looking for a result and a customer-oriented person who wants to work with broad contact areas. You should have a technical interest and an eager to always learn more. As a co-worker at Acne Studios you should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. We are also looking for you who has:

• An education within IT
• Some experience working in customer service or technical support
• Fluent in English, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Professionals Nord is looking for an Incident & request coordinator. You will work as a consultant through our staffing business. During the first 6 months, you work as a consultant through us and if the cooperation has worked well, you have good opportunities for continued employment at Acne Studios.
