Daily Kitchen operations
Basic Mis en place(preparations)
Assisting in creating new dishes for the menu
Minumum 5 years experience in a well established Indian Restaurant. Should have knowledge of all the cuisines available in India (North Indian, South Indian, Mughlai, Tandoori etc.)
Should have done a basic traning programme in an Indian kitchen from a hotel or restaurant.
Should pocess good communicational skills in English and Hindi.
Can help with arranging of accomodation(employee needs to pay)
Interview on the phone if the candidate is from outside Sweden.
