Since our current Business Controller on Home will go on maternity leave, we are now looking for a Business Controller who will temporary be responsible for the controlling of our Home-category as well as being highly involved in driving the controlling organization forward!

About the position

In this role you will be responsible for controlling and analysis for our interior assortment in regards to strategy, planning, buying and selling as well as responsible for making sure that we in the assortment team take business minded decisions and actions based on the analysis. You will also act as a support for both the business management team and other functions where your analysis will contribute to ensure better decision making and business development. All with the purpose to secure a long term sustainable growth and profitability.

Work tasks include:

- Participate in setting strategy, goals and timeline together with the Buying director and Head of Business Controlling

- Responsible for setting sales & buying plan for the business area as well as forecasts

- Support the team in buy follow up and make sure that we act on latest information

- Perform ongoing sales and margin analysis to identify future potentials and risks

- Manage campaigns and Sale, both overall planning and fup as well as setting up in systems

- Work closely with other functions in order to support with analysis and input

- Support business management team with ad hoc analysis

- Be part of setting up new processes, tools and methods for the business

- You have an academic degree in business, engineering or similar area

- You have at least 1 year experience of business controlling, preferably within retail and fashion

- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

- Experience within E-com is meritorious

- You are fluent in English and swedish

Other information

Type of employment: Full-time. Temporary until autumn 2024, with the possibility of permanent employment

Start date: As soon as possible

Office based / Home based: Office based. It is possible to work remotely one day a week.
