Indiska is looking for a Junior eCommerce Coordinator

Indiska is a Swedish lifestyle brand established in 1901. Indiskas’ s products are sold in 45 stores in Sweden and Finland, on the international website Indiska.com and through a number of external platforms of which Zalando is the largest. Indiska offers fashion, interior, and accessories in a modern Scandinavian design with influences from across the world – a wide assortment of everything from comfortable basics, exclusive furniture, and colorful fashion pieces. Indiska strives for sustainability on all levels, and to offer our customers products that are easy to use and love, at an affordable price.

Indiska eCommerce has seen strong growth since the launch of the new platform Episerver/Optimizely in February 2020. We are now looking for a driven Junior eCommerce Coordinator who is passionate about eCommerce. Your main tasks will be to build emails to our loyalty club of 1,3 million members, set-up campaigns and build content on Indiska.com.

Indiska is on an intensive expansion and growth journey. As a member of the team, this requires flexibility, entrepreneurial drive, and great problem-solving skills.

About the role

As the Junior eCommerce Coordinator your main tasks are to:

 


• Set-up and communicate campaigns on Indiska.com
• Build emails to one of Sweden’s largest customer clubs (1,3 million members)
• Create look books online based on input from marketing team
• Work closely to the marketing team in optimizing content for email and site
• Lead and support eCommerce related projects

 

About you


• You are self-propelled and analytical, turning to data for answers
• You are customer centric and focused on customer experience
• You have a passion for eCommerce
• You are organized and structured

 

Your experience


• We believe you have an education from business, eCommerce, marketing or similar
• Structured communicator and presenter
• Experience from working with eCommerce or marketing is a plus, but not a must
• Fluent in Swedish and English. Language capabilities within German or Finish is a plus but not a must.
