Industrial controller

We are looking for an Industrial Controller to Finance department in Nässjö, Sweden, who will support Operations Team with timely and accurate analysis of factory performance, investment analysis, product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls management. This position partners with the Operation’s Team to identify risks and opportunities to the overall financial performance of the Company.
Main responsibilities
Timely and accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting of industrial efficiencies.
Control the capital expenditure process for Sweden. Partners with Engineering to evaluate capital investment proposals and track capital expenditures.
Manage the annual standard cost revisions process and current cost update. Provides management with analysis of current changes to current production costs.
Support plant and BU controllers with DTC project validations. (delete)
Promotes best controlling practices, standardization of industrial controlling and standard costing.
Support internal and external financial statement and operational audits.
Provide feedback and process improvement (automated and manual)
Update the systems and internal documentation accordingly

Candidate profile
Degree in Engineering/Economics; and also in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics
Experience in cost management, budget management and industrial reporting
Experience in industrial controlling, minimum 5 years
Strong record of analysis and cost reduction
Strong command of Microsoft Office, SAP is required; additional software knowledge is a plus (Qlikview, Programming)
Fluent in English (and preferred also in Swedish).
Highly organized with prioritization skills
