We are now looking for an Industrialization Cyber Security Coordinator in the area of Operational Technology within our Manufacturing Engineering Team. A team that is dedicated to make a difference together with our colleagues at Polestar.
This position will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role upcoming regular traveling to China (Chongqing) and the US will be included.
What you will do
Our current programs cover the complete lifecycle of industrial automation and control system (IACS) assessment, design, implementation, operations and maintenance. Today we are designing and implementing all the OT components of a new car manufacturing plant.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to drive cybersecurity both from a Vehicle and Plant point of view with Manufacturing engineering, Digital and our equipment suppliers and system integrator with compliant component purchasing and integration of OT security components in line with IEC 62443. In addition to the IEC 62443 you will work with local regulations and standards applicable both to the Plant and the Vehicle. You will also work in close cooperation with other cyber security experts within Polestar.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- Degree qualified or equivalent and a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably within the automotive industry
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience with audits (cyber security)
- Knowledge and experience of IEC 62443
- Knowledge and experience of ISO 21434, R155 is preferred
- Quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Experience of Manufacturing engineering
- Experience of doing global business
- Experience from working with Chinese suppliers and/or colleagues is an advantage
- You are fluent in English, and a big advantage if in addition you also speak Mandarin.
