Randstad Engineering is now recruiting a consultant who will work as Industrialization engineer positioned at our client in Solna. This contract will start at soon as possible. This position offers you a great opportunity to be part of an exciting journey and to contribute by making a difference.

Main purpose of the position is to setup and improve manufacturing processes for MCC’s product line and plan and perform process qualification for new products and processes. You will also define production requirements and be involved in design reviews to ensure producibility (DFA, DFM) within new product development projects.

Responsibilities
Responsibility:


Prepare production process, including documentation, for new products
Participate in concept discussions, design reviews and other reviews within new product development projects
Define production requirements, review and ensure producibility (DFA, DFM) within new product development projects
Plan and lead prototype builds
Develop production layout including purchase of equipment and tools for new products and processes
Develop and implement manufacturing instructions for MCC's product line
Preparation of internally produced items/materials in SAP
Plan and perform process qualifications
Perform process risk assessments including documentation
Define product and production process requirements in line with the overall production strategy and objectives
Collect and communicate knowledge and experience from finished projects and running production
Assure that the project work is performed according to the quality system.


Qualifications
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


Experience from product development
Experience from working in an international environment
Experience from production and/or production engineering
Experience from process qualification
Experience from manufacturing in medical device industry or other industry with similar regulatory requirements
Experience from process monitoring and statistical analysis of production data
Experience from lean manufacturing, process optimization, continuous improvement work or Similar
Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent in Swedish and English. Will write instructions and educate others in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge in and understanding of regulatory requirements for MedTech products
