Assignment Description:
We are recruiting an Information Architect to organize information and design strategies using data from usability testing on how users interact with a company’s communications systems.
What you'll do:
● Define datasets, keys, and metadata, and data modelling m a p "reverse engineering" via the IT system GUI.
● Facilitation and conceptual analysis m h a road graph, and documentation of conceptual and data models in EA tools.
● Master data management and processes, and dimensional modelling.
● Support in the work with the description of the new information architecture and information plans as well as the classification plans.
● Monitor and interview the agency's core activities to identify new needs.
● Ensure that the information plans and architecture are concretized and do not become too granular / detailed during use.
● Draw/model new classification plan and information plan, for example according to UML (may have a different model or language).
● Operate and analyse existing information plans to find GAP compared to the existing structure in the Register.
Who you are:
● Possess at least 5 years of experience working with information architecture, in accordance with established architectural methods, tools and processes over the past 10 years.
● Possess at least 3 years of work experience in making models based on a user interface and modelling language.
● Certified IT architect, and experience of working in modelling tools, e.g. Sparx, and at least 3 years of work experience working with large organizations (>1000 employees) with many systems and diverse data sets.
● Experience of workshop management and/or conceptual seminars linked to information architecture.
● Academic degree in the field of information architecture/systems science or equivalent education and knowledge.
● Understanding and practical experience working within an authority with respect to applicable legal requirements and electrical industry.
● Experience of business-based information architecture along with knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
● Prior experience in digital information management and working in various IT projects and with digital development.
