Information Security Manager

Are you the next Information Security Manager for Risk, Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit in Swedbank?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Work strategically with secure architecture

- Partake in various internal security boards and workgroups

- Have an autonomous role with reporting to Head of BIO and to Group CISO

- Communicate with a large set of stakeholders

- Be the single point of contact for security related matters for >600 employees

- Manage security testing, verification and vulnerability management for a large portfolio

- Support Group Information Security and Group Channels & Technology in the development of framework and policies

- Ensure the secure future of Group Risk, Group Compliance, Group Internal Audit and Group Legal



What is needed in this role:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
An impeccable sense of personal integrity
An ability to discuss security problems at both a management and technical level and to translate between the two groups
An ability to correlate business and technical requirements to security requirements
A solid theoretical foundation regarding information and cyber security, including vulnerability management, risk assessments, policy and governance frameworks, identity and access management, cryptography, network protocols, software and network architecture, and secure development
English at a professional level

It would be considered as an advantage if you also have:

- The ability to read and understand complex and interacting documents, e.g. legal documents, regulatory requirements, policies, guidelines, technical specifications, and system documentation

- An understanding of how the three-lines-of-defense model works

- An understanding of risk within a bank, e.g. credit risk, market risk, operational risk, legal risk, and reputational risk

- An understanding of compliance's and internal audit's role within a large bank

- An understanding of ISMS, methodology, security tools and operational risk management
