Infrastructure and Platform Manager

Flightradar24 is one of the most successful growth-stage tech companies in Stockholm. Each month more than 50 million aviation enthusiasts visit Flightradar24 (app/website) and our Commercial services team has many of the biggest names in aviation on its customer list.
We are looking for an Infrastructure and Platform Manager to lead and evolve our AWS based infrastructure platform and internal IT landscape.
Note that this position requires that you are able to work in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation is not offered for this role.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities include
End-to-end responsibility for AWS-based infrastructure, shared platforms
Accountable for availability, performance, security and cost
Hands-on in critical infrastructure and platform components
Lead and grow a multidisciplinary infrastructure organization, DevOps enablement, Application Management and Internal IT.
Enable development teams through reliable DevOps tooling for secure, scalable and efficient delivery.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Responsibility for CI/CD platforms, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and incident management.
Be part of the Tech Management team and contribute to our Tech Strategy
Report to the CTO

Required technical competence
Deep hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on AWS.
Strong experience with Terraform and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
Comfortable contributing code in infrastructure and automation workflows.
Knowledge of security best practices and cost optimization in AWS.
You enjoy collaboration, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Senior leader who combines technical depth with people leadership
Is self-driven and comfortable making technical decisions independently
Can quickly understand and work within an existing Infrastructure platform and architecture
Values clean code, testing, automation, and pragmatic engineering practices
Communicates clearly and professionally in English
